  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to settle in. Doors close exactly 5 minutes after class begins — no entry at or beyond that time. Cancel at least 3 hours prior to avoid a $20 charge.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early so we can welcome you and show you the space. Guided Flow Ritual is our most accessible class, the best place to begin your practice.

  • 16 and above.

  • A yoga mat, towel, and water. Mats and towels are available to rent, and water is available to purchase at the studio.

  • All purchases are non-refundable. Retail items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days, with receipt. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. No exceptions.

  • Free onsite parking is available for all students.

  • Heated with infrared to 95–105°F, designed to support detox, circulation, and mobility. The studio is cleaned and sanitized daily to ensure a safe, restorative environment.

  • Lockers and cubbies are available for your belongings. Showers are provided for post-class refresh.

  • We offer class packs and monthly memberships to fit your practice. Unlimited members receive added benefits, including the option to pause up to 2 weeks per year.

  • We offer advanced trainings designed to deepen practice and develop teachers. Programs include our 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, 50-hour Sculpt Training, and 100-hour Mat Pilates Training. Each program blends movement, philosophy, and teaching methodology with Ritual’s emphasis on community and transformation.

  • Beyond daily classes, we host specialty workshops, community events, and destination retreats. These offerings provide opportunities to deepen your practice and connect outside the studio. Details and dates are shared on our schedule.
