FAQs

  • The Ritual’s 50-hour Yoga Sculpt Certification prepares you to lead weight-inclusive classes that combine strength, cardio, and flexibility. It’s a full-body workout that balances power, stability, and endurance.

  • Beyond teaching skills, training deepens your yoga practice, strengthens body and mind, and connects you to a supportive community. It’s an opportunity for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

  • All levels are welcome, though a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training is highly recommended. Most studios require a 200HR to teach yoga, and this certification specializes you in sculpt classes rather than serving as a stand-alone teaching credential.

  • You’ll be asked to actively participate in assigned classes and practices. That said, we honor each body’s unique needs. If rest is required, you’re expected to attend and engage, even if not physically practicing that day.

  • Three weeks of immersive, focused training.

  • Yes. Payment plans are offered to make training accessible.

  • Attendance is encouraged for certification, but make-up options are available. In cases of extended absence, a personalized plan can be created. Withdrawals may allow re-enrollment in the future. Please note: no refunds are provided.
